Ghanaian-American Afrofusion star Moliy has just been confirmed as one of the performers at this year’s Flytime Fest, via the headline event Rhythm Unplugged, promising to inject fresh energy into what is already one of West Africa’s most anticipated concert nights.

The concert, billed under the name Coca‑Cola Rhythm Unplugged will take place on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the iconic Eko Convention Center in Lagos.  Moliy, recognized globally for her smooth vocals and breakout hit “shake it to the max”, brings a vibrant blend of Afrobeats, Afrofusion, and international appeal that has resonated with fans worldwide.

Her inclusion adds an intriguing dimension to a 2025 lineup already buzzing with heavyweight names. With UK rap-star Central Cee making his Nigerian debut at the show as the main headliner, alongside Rema, this edition of Rhythm Unplugged aims to blend the best of Afrobeats, global hip-hop, and Afrofusion.

For longtime fans of Rhythm Unplugged, a concert series now embedded in the fabric of Lagos’ festive “Detty December” season — Moliy’s presence underscores how the event continues to evolve. What began in 2004 as a platform to spotlight Nigerian music and comedy has now grown into a global-minded festival that fuses local talent with international stars

On December 21 expect Moliy to deliver a performance reflecting her distinctive cross-cultural energy and global sound — an emotionally charged set with silky vocals, Afrofusion rhythms, and the kind of stage presence that resonates just as strongly in Lagos as it does internationally. In a concert already stacked with top-tier talent, her set might just become one of the night’s standout moments.
