Afrobeats titan Davido is bringing his global 5IVE tour back home, with five spectacular concerts lined up across Nigeria, culminating in a festive Christmas Day grand finale in Lagos.
Davido’s 5IVE Alive Tour has already made waves across North America and beyond, but now the superstar is turning his focus inward, staging a Nigerian leg that merges artistic showmanship with deep cultural resonance.
Oct 26 – Akwa Ibom (Uyo)
Oct 29 – Adamawa (Yola)
Nov 1 – Enugu
Nov 9 – Ibadan
Dec 25 – Lagos (Christmas Day Finale)
The upcoming tour marks a special homecoming for Davido as he reconnects with his Nigerian fanbase after a string of sold-out shows across North America. Davido framed it with heartfelt intent, writing:
“I’m blessed to perform all around the world, and everywhere I go, Nigeria goes with me. But this time… I’m bringing it HOME. This one’s for the culture. This one’s personal. This one’s for US.”
The Nigerian leg of the tour isn’t just another stretch, it’s framed as a homecoming, an opportunity for Davido to reconnect with fans in his homeland, showcase local talent, and celebrate Nigerian music culture through the scale and spectacle he’s honed globally.
Nigeria’s music culture thrives on live performance energy, and this tour is poised to inject that pulse back into stadiums across the country. Some cities may see their largest shows ever. And by reaching into states like Adamawa and Enugu (not just major hubs), Davido is making sure fans outside Lagos and Abuja get access to large-scale concerts, a more inclusive approach to national tours.
With Cobhams on board and the tour following a high-production international schedule, Nigerian fans can expect elevated stagecraft, set design, choreography, guest appearances, and technical finesse.
