Nigerian Artist Shallipopi has announced that his third studio album, AURACLE, will be released on 5 December 2025. He shared the news to his fans, affectionately known as “Plutomanias” thanking God for the journey and inviting everyone to pre-save the project.

This release marks the third full-length project from the Edo-born rapper in just over two years, underlining his prolific output and the rapid pace at which his career has grown.

Shallipopi first exploded onto the mainstream Nigerian music scene in 2023 with his hit single “Elon Musk,” a street-pop anthem that resonated with countless listeners and cemented his reputation as a viral star.

He followed that with successive impactful releases of his debut album Presido La Pluto (2023), which dominated major charts in Nigeria, and then Shakespopi (2024), another chart-topping effort, signaling his commercial strength and the size of his fanbase. Even so, the second album drew mixed critical feedback: while fans loved the energy and hooks, some critics argued that it leaned too heavily on the same formula, lacking the growth and depth expected of a sophomore project.

That history sets the stakes high for AURACLE: this isn’t just another release — it’s being viewed as the moment that could redefine Shallipopi’s artistry and show if he can evolve beyond viral hits into a lasting musical force.

The album is slated to feature 22 tracks, a sign that Shallipopi is going all-in, giving himself enough space to experiment, grow, and perhaps reveal different sides of himself as an artist.  Given how he’s teased the project and given his past trajectory, many are expecting AURACLE to go beyond club-ready street anthems. The album title itself suggests a deeper or more mature tone — perhaps blending his signature energy with introspection or broader themes.

Moreover, after previous critiques about repetitive formula, this album offers a chance to show lyrical growth, musical variety, and creative evolution — critical if he wants to shift from being known for hits to being celebrated for artistry. Many fans and critics alike seem to agree that this December release could mark that turning point.
